Rob Pollin

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Rob has more than 25 years of entrepreneurial innovation and executive leadership experience in the fast-paced financial technology services industry. As the founder and leader of Autoscribe Corporation, he directs the company’s acquisitions, integration, product development, and growth efforts for both the PaymentVision and Lyons Commercial Data divisions. Rob has single-handedly founded four companies, including pre-packaged consumer software, enterprise medical software, financial information publishing, and technology-driven payment processing.

Emily Cooper

Director of Client Operations, PaymentVision

Emily is responsible for Autoscribe's operations, client services, relationship management, and quality assurance departments. Emily has 9 years of experience in payments, settlement services, and operations, and received her AAP in 2008. Emily previously served as Client Services Lead and Settlement Specialist at Autoscribe.

Brian Downey

Chief Technology Officer

Brian is responsible for developing the overall technology vision for the company, driving cross-company technology initiatives and collaboration, and optimizing Autoscribe's technology assets with market demand that impact customer experience in both front and back office. Brian has over 15 years of experience, and previously served as Manager of Application Development at Autoscribe. His past experience includes development and leadership positions at Viamericas, where he served as Senior Developer, as well as ZonaFinanciera. Brian holds a bachelor's degree in English from Fordham University.

Jamie Lerner

Chief of Staff

Jamie has almost two decades of management experience, specializing in HR and operations. In her previous role, she designed and refined HR processes and helped lead the Washington, DC franchise to be the largest Mad Science franchise internationally, with the most efficient operational staff. Jamie has an MBA, a Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and is a Certified Human Resources Professional.

Dan leads the Lyons Commercial Data sales force to build our customer base and partner acquisitions nationwide. Dan previously served as Vice President of IDI, Inc., where he led the direct sales, batch solutions, sales operations, and marketing teams. He has over 15 years of experience in technology, data, software, and service solutions, and has held key sales and leadership positions at financial leading companies such as Verisys Corporation, QQ Solutions, Inc., and LexisNexis.

Myles Locke

Chief Financial Officer

Myles provides strategic financial direction for the company to meet the needs of customers and future prospects. Prior to joining Autoscribe, Myles served as Chief Financial Officer at United Merchant Services, Inc., where he was responsible for managing overall revenue recognition, investor relations, forecasting, agent pricing, mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, and staff development. Myles has over 17 years of leadership in payments, finance, and card processing, including VP of Finance and VP of Corporate Development responsibilities at Global Payments.

Rob Mengarelli

Vice President of Sales, PaymentVision

Rob has 17 years of experience as a dedicated, ethical problem-solver in payment solutions. A three-time member of the High Performer’s Club at Sage Payment Solution, Rob’s exceptional history also includes being a top performer as Director of Sales for First Data Merchant Services. There, he helped to increase market penetration while cultivating key client relationships. Rob is a proud graduate of the University of Alabama.

Laurie Nelson

General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer

Laurie is responsible for leading the internal processes for promoting and ensuring Autoscribe’s compliance with laws, regulations, company policies and agreements, compliance risk management, mitigation, and recovery efforts, and internal reporting programs. Laurie joined Autoscribe in 2014 as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Autoscribe, Laurie served as General In-House Attorney of First Southern Bank, where she oversaw regulatory and compliance related activities, federal audits, outside litigation and investigations, and specialty legal functions. She has over 12 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industries, where she has held key legal and compliance positions at companies like Proficio Mortgage Ventures, LLC. and Allegro Funding Corp.

Eugene O'Rourke

Vice President of Marketing

Eugene brings more than a decade of experience leading international and U.S. based marketing teams and is responsible for driving the execution of driving the execution of the global marketing strategy, branding, advertising, agency management, demand generation, public relations, presence marketing, corporate communications, product development, infrastructure systems, field marketing support, marketing training, digital marketing, and business research & competitive analysis. Before joining Autoscribe, Eugene held marketing leadership roles at a number of leading technology companies, including DudaMobile and Web.com, where he led global marketing communications and acquisition strategies.

Trevor Ward

General Manager, Lyons Commercial Data

Trevor is responsible for leading the strategic direction, sales efforts, product development, and partner relations for Lyons Commercial Data. He has over 5 years of experience in both established and early stage technology companies, and previously served as both Project Manager & Business Analyst at Autoscribe. His past experience includes leadership positions at TigerDirect and ExxonMobil.
