Autoscribe is one of a select 140 industry members of NACHA's Electronic Check Council (ECC). Through the council, we take a proactive role in advancing best payment practices, adoption of new payments technologies, and maintaining the integrity of the ACH network.
The goals of the Electronic Check Council are to:
- Support electronic check application testing with pilot programs
- Implement applications with the most potential
- Provide and support research regarding legal and compliance issues
- Provide a forum for stakeholders in the electronic check industry
- Promote and expand the use of electronic check applications
Since 2006, Autoscribe has participated in the Council's various pilot programs, forums and committees, helping to develop and define the direction of the industry. Autoscribe is also a member of The Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), Bank Administration Institute (BAI), National ACH Association (NACHA), and The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA).
